Kakuni and Dingaa Maldives Pvt Ltd is a company in the process of registering, dedicated to pioneering sustainable indoor shrimp farming in the Maldives. With a strong commitment to eco-friendly aquaculture, we aim to reduce seafood imports, create local job opportunities, and contribute to the country’s food security. Founded by two female entrepreneurs from the construction and tourism industries, our venture is driven by a passion for the local community and a vision for innovative solutions that align with sustainable tourism. Through responsible and sustainable practices, we strive to transform the seafood industry while supporting economic growth and environmental conservation.
Dingaa is the first product of the operation, with Kakuni in the plans.
